The planner offers plenty of flexibility and can handle many complicated real-world scenarios, but sometimes it can be tough to figure out how to do it. Check out this forum for discussion of how to model things like selling a house, long-term care expenses, and much more.

A Monte Carlo based retirement plan is only as good as the assumptions that go into it. Share your thoughts or ask questions about the internals of the simulation, planner assumptions, or inputs such as what rate of return, inflation rate, and tax rates to use.

This forum is for the FRP standalone version. This version runs as an application on your own computer instead of in your web browser.

This fantastic message board (which isn't officially affiliated with Vanguard) offers a wealth of information from knowledgeable posters, including some best-selling authors and occasionally Mr. Bogle himself.

This site is another great retirement planning and living resource. In addition to the typical investing topics, there are also great discussions about lifestyle issues such as health and travel.
