Save to print on another printer

Hello,
I want to print a colour copy but do not have a colour printer as I hardly ever print in colour. Is there a method of emailing or saving to usb to print elsewhere?

Most computers now have pdf "printer" installed by default. Although this looks like a printer in the print dialogue, when you print to the pdf printer, it creates a pdf file of the output and you can save the file on your computer.

On windows, you an select either "save to pdf" or "microsoft print to pdf"depending on which version you're running.

On a mac, depending on the version, there should be a "PDF" button on the bottom of the print dialogue.

The key to accessing this function is to start by clicking on the print icon, then select the options and click ok, then when the print dialogue window comes up select the pdf printer or save as pdf option.
